Care and Maintenance

Lloyd Flanders® all-weather furniture will remain beautiful with minimal care and
maintenance. Use a soft brush to remove organic material like dust and leaves. For spot cleaning, the frame, wicker, and cushions can be washed with a mild detergent and water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before use.

As with any fine outdoor furniture, timely care of the paint finish is necessary to protectit from the elements and preserve its strength and beauty. If the wicker finish becomes worn, carefully clean and dry the affected area. Repaint with Lloyd Flanders touch-up paint (available from your local retailer). Allow to dry thoroughly before use. If the finish on the frame should scratch or chip, lightly sand the problem area with fine grit sandpaper. Clean and dry the area, then repaint with Lloyd Flanders touch-up paint.

Lloyd Flanders only uses FSC-certified Brazilian teak. With time, it will weather and form a handsome silver-gray patina. For general cleaning, rinse with fresh water then gently scrub the wet furniture using a soft bristled brush and mild detergent. Rinse with more fresh water to remove any remaining detergent.

Warranty

Since 1983, Lloyd Flanders has created a reputation for excellent product and customer satisfaction.

Frames and finishes are warranted for a period of three years.
Fabric and cushions are warranted for a period of one year.
Stone tops are warranted for a period of one year.

Note: All warranty coverage begins with the original retail purchase date.

Routine care and maintenance are required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to annual inspection of the frames and touch-up of any minor damage

Shipping

Shipping is free within the US. For foreign shipments, there may be an extra charge which will be communicated to the customer prior to the order being accepted.

You can generally expect delivery 4-5 weeks after your order is placed.

Delivery is curbside only; however, on all orders over $2,000 Estate Patio provides free White Glove Service, which means your product will be unpacked, assembled, placed where you specify, and all packing materials hauled away.
